Hi I finished paying for my IVA in November last year although still waiting for the certificate, I am keen to get a mortgage. Im on quite a good salary £67,500 per year and already have a deposit of £9,000 could you give me advice as to where I can go for a mortgage in the next few months when I have received my certificate. Where would be the most likely place.

Have a word with either Shaun or Ryan who are experts on here as they have been able to help other posters on here.

As Kallis says, speak to Ryan and or Shaun. Their details can be found on their profile pages here:

You will need to wait until the IVA and associated defaults have dropped off of your credit reports, which could take several months, assuming that the IVA started 6 years or more ago.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
