Hi
Ive been with Pareto money for 1.5 yrs then it got passed to credit fix which some say are not a good company.
They didn't even know that one of my creditors had gone into administration.
Im think where has my money gone for the past 3yrs.
please help

It depends on what the debts were versus the fees ... but in many cases the first years payments can be absorbed in fees, sometimes more, depending on the finally agreed fee structure. At annual review you should have got an account detailing what has gone where.

Creditfix are not a 'bad' company as such, but do tend to do things their own way and generally upset the apple cart. They are, however, bad at communication and are sometimes 'Trump-like'.

And also what is the point when the agreement is for 5yrs then to only have wait then another year before you have a good score.

That's the way it is I'm afraid. Nothing to do with your IVA, all credit agencies are the same.
