we asked earlier some advice, Since then i have been looking for a reputable company that deals in insolvency and IVA's and there is just so many. Can i please ask some advice on who other people have used and who they recomend speaking too. We are just outside Edinburgh your help would be gratefully appreciated

If you scroll through this forum there are several that respond to people's queries - all of them offer a service that we have all benefited from on the site - I am with debt Free Direct - one of the biggest IVA providers, others are with smaller firms - equally as good ! Melanie Giles comes highly recommended on here !

The system in Scotland is different to that in England, so you will need to contact companies North of the border. Have a look on www.iva.com for reviews of companies.
