I've just spoken to a CS member from my IVA company and said that I wanted to join the virtual meeting (for my upcoming F&F) but have been told that there won't be one... All the creditors will vote via email. I find this odd as I was advised by letter that if I want to "join" I can and I will be sent a special Skype link.

This is weird and I feel like they don't want me to join for some reason

Does they seem right or is it just me?

Thanks
B

There is hardly ever any physical meeting and all votes and discussions are dealt with by email or phone these days, indeed some votes might already be in.

I agree - as soon as all votes are in you will be informed yay or nay via the phone or possibly email.
