I know there are probably many posts regarding this question but without having to search through so many I hope someone can put me in the right direction. We are having problems with Freeman Jones as to getting an answer as we are passed from pillar to post and when we do speak it’s always a different person and they all say they will talk to our IP or the manager is making it a priority. As we have heard nothing from them at any time as to whether they have we are assuming they haven’t. So my question is do we complain to our IP or any other body?
Hi. The process is to make a formal complaint to your IP and this can then be followed up by a complaint to their regulatory body, if no joy. Complaints to regulators are made via the government gateway at: https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner
A Freeman Jones representative often looks into the forum and might pick this up -- they are usually very helpful.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
