Last week my husband received a statement from one of his creditors (black horse). We just found this really strange as he hasn't received anything like this while being in the IVA.

Why would they send this out now?

By the way - it still says he owes them some money (they weren't asking for an amount though - it was just an account statement)
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

Legislation changed relatively recently, and now creditors are required to send these statements whether or not you are in an IVA. Don't worry about it unless they are actually asking for money. :)
Take care,

Thanks Liam. Just thought it was strange that after all this time they would send something. x

It's strange cause I am getting these every 6 months from max recovery, but yet to get a statement from my biggest creditor First Direct.

Should I worry about this?

It is nothing to worry about, they are obliged to send them out as Liam says.

Don't forget as well that you still owe the whole amount until the IVA is completed.
