Only your insurance company can tell you why I am afraid !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Mine went up £20 annually despite no claims. I ended up having to shop around and got a renewal for half the monthly figure. My only thought was it might be because it was an IVA and they are an arm of Lloyds who were included in my creditors. I got my renewal quotes on line but rang up and spoke to someone giving the online reference and made sure it was clearly mentioned on the recorded call about the IVA.

A certain company told us that we were more likely to make a fraudulent claim because of our insolvency.
They were told to bolt and we went elsewhere.

Dont want to name them...........

But they were nfu mutual!!!
