Why is my name still on the insolvency register?

Good Day All,
My IVA finished in August and I received my Certificate of Completion on the 12th October 2018.
I have been checking the insolvency register frequently but my name is still on there, it has now been over the 3 month from the date of issue. I have contacted Aperture to find out what date my COC was passed to the register but have not received any response.
Is there any way of contacting the Insolvency Register myself with a copy of the COC or does it have to come from the IP.

You can raise this with the IR. I am sure there is a link on there to raise a query.

Hi Anthony,

If you click on your details on the Insolvency Register is should tell you when they received your Certificate and it should be removed 3 months from that date.

If the IS are waiting out the 3 month period the IVA will be there still but marked completed. There is a link on the search results page to report errors.

Chances are they never bothered to sent it off, I've learned this the hard way my friend. Send everything in yourself, give it a week or so and you'll see that the register will have been updated.

I really hope there is a mistake but fear there isn't one at all.

Great news, one day after posting on here and contacting the register direct my name has been removed :-)
Thanks for all the help and advice guys (and Gals) keep up the great work.

Hi my last post on this subject anyway.
I just wanted to clarify one point, as I said my name is now off the Insolvency Register.
As I mentioned I contacted Aperture and the Insolvency Register direct, as well as being removed from the register I now have received responses from both. The first from Aperture stated they had informed the IR on the 15th Oct 2018 and would follow up, the second on from confirmed it had been amended and removed. The one one from the IR stated they received the the details on the 15th Oct 2018 and had now updated their records.
I only post this as I know there a fair bit of negativity against Aperture on this forum, but I can only speak from personal experience and say they have always been good to me and have kept to their word through out, and this again proved they were not negligent in any way of their responsibilities after the IVA concluded.
