Why am I not being called back, its extremely disappointing to know and can not trust advisers whom provide me an expectation of a call back but don't.
We have explained in great length and detail about our finances circumstances and made it clear we want to be on a conference, we need this to be sorted before the 21st February.
There are a few problems that need addressing.
. Financial change in circumstances
. Information provided in our annual review not being passed on to our IVA. This is evident with the amount of repeated information we have to provide on telephone conversations and emails with different advisors.
. No call backs
. Waiting long periods of time before having an email reply.
We are deeply disappointed Creditfix. We wait for a formal follow up to touch base on our concerns.
I agree with Foggy - make a complaint as we cannot help and CF are notorious at bad communications.
