Is it possible to pass a credit check for a Customer Service job at a bank if I have had an IVA in the past? I am applying for the above job and they have a section asking if there will be any issues in passing a credit check.

I payed off my IVA in Feb 2016

If the IVA started more than 6 years ago, your credit file should have cleared, assuming all was in order .... have you checked ? If it is on there, it would be best to mention it yourself, rather than just let them find it. The fact that it is there might still not bar you from the job, but hiding it and them finding out might do!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

A quiet call to your HR team may offer some support and answers. I would hope not but best to get it checked out x
