My husband has recently entered into an IVA but we are also intending on applying for my spouse visa in April. He earns £24,000/yr as an employee. Will the IVA negatively impact the visa application?
It shouldn't do as he still qualifies on the income grounds side of things. The best prople to give you accurate advice would be the Immigration Service.
