I’m a military personnel and had SC for 5 years, it expired dec 2018, I applied for the renewal and its been 11 weeks, and when I ring UKSV all they say is, there is nothing we require from you at the moment and the check is I going. For your info, they wanted me to send all the paperwork related to IVA, and I’ve sent them all. I have never had any problem paying the installments. Thank you in advance.
