My wife and myself have an IVA with Hanover Insolvency in third year. My wife has multi myeloma diagnosed October 20. She was awarded highest rate attendance allowance and this has also increased our housing benefit and council tax reduction. I have not informed Hanover but can they use these for increasing monthly payments. No cure for the Myeloma but in lap of gods how long treatment will work. Any help appreciated thanks.

Sorry to hear of your problems. You do need to inform Hanover as it is income but should be offset against any medical expenses.

Thanks. I guess my bank statements will show payments anyway and a review shortly is due. I will let them know by email though keep them in the loop. Just see then how it goes. Regards David.
