My partner is subject to an IVA and has been for 2 years. I moved in with her 1 year ago.

I've received a job offer and they need to do credit checks - i'm solvent, no debts - but will her IVA cause me a problem with a credit check?

No, if you have no joint debts, you will be fine.

As Kallis says, as long as you have no joint finances, a search on you should show no connection to her.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
