Will husband's pension have any impact on my IVA?

I have an IVA my husband has not. He is being made redundant and can access his pension what impact if any would his lump sum have on my IVA

As far as I am aware his pension should be ok.

His finances are his own and should be of no concern to your IP.

Assuming there is no potential claim on your husband's pension, you may be able to consider using part of it to settle your IVA?

Just in case you are thinking of a settlement -- which is an expensive method ... there is a less expensive way of bringing the IVA to an early end -- that is a full and final offer, which is, basically, the amount of repayments left, maybe rounded down a little (plus 12 payments if you own your home).
