Will husbands tax rebate have to be paid into IVA

My husband started an Iva last year but is self employed and gets his rebate every year towards his tools and everything will his rebate this year get put into his Iva he is paying?? Do they normally take it all?

If it is over £500 it is captured by the IVA, under that he can keep the lot.

I had 2 Tax rebates when in my IVA, both under £500, both captured by my IP. I had to pay both into the IVA, so please make sure you ask your IP specifically or you could be asked at a later date to cough up.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

Its very weird because its payments that should have been paid to you in the first place. Yet it wasn't and now you have to pay it into the pot.
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.
