Hi I'm on a ancestral visa and I started a limited company in 2016 I have paid my tax for that year but coming for 2017 my company is bankrupt and I messed up. I have gone on the cards because I have no clue what I'm doing. And want my tax taken off without me worrying. I have a 1 year old daughter with a English Girl I meet here and I have family here with U.K. Passport. Can they send me home if I file for bankrupt or leave as a director of the company

Leaving as a director will not be grounds for deportation but filing for bankruptcy might affect your status, depending on the terms of your visa. Immigration is a complicated business and you would be better served if you checked with the Immigration Services.
Regarding your debt, as this does need to be looked at as well, I would suggest a chat with a couple of insolvency firms to have a look at the whole picture.

Bankruptcy is a UK procedure for individuals, not companies.

If you have a Ltd Company then Bankruptcy will not apply to it.

If the Company is insolvent you may want to explore dissolution and Liquidation of the Company.

I presume it is Company taxes you are referring to?
