Hi. I am 5 years and 4 months into my IVA with only 8 more payments of £85 per month to go with a total of £673 in that time. I want to end my IVA even sooner. My mother has said she will give me £1500 to make a final offer to my creditors to finish it now. I want to ask my supervisor to contact them. Do you think my creditors will accept this offer?
Thanks

Frank

To be honest, by the time you send off a full and final, your IVA will have been finished anyway. I would not bother.

It takes around three months to arrange a F&F and will gain you nothing as well as costing you more. Why the need to save 4 or 5 months ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
