My partner has a IVA. we live separately at the moment. I myself have no debt but if he were to move in with me would the IVA impact me and would I have to pay towards it and would my assets ie my car be taken into consideration? Thanx Jeanette.
Your finances are your business and you are under no obligation to disclose any information to your partner's IP. However, do not get any joint finances / accounts / utilities / etc. or your credit rating could be affected.
