Will my Iva be affected?

Hey hey, so i got a question, my iva get accepted and everything going in good way but today there was situation that my friend want me to go betfair play some games, and the thing is after he lose a money he ask Me to borrow him some so I was top up he's maschine from my card ( around 300 pound) and question is is that gonna affect my iva contract.. Gets my quet scared to be honest.. Thanks for any answer

Was this money from a debit card or a credit card ? If a credit card it is a no no, if debit card ... where did this sum come from ? You should not have £300 sloshing around to bet with. Your IP probably will not notice, if it is a one -off, but if he does notice - that sort of extra money means that your I&E might need revising.

That was from a debit card, yesterday, exacly same day when they approve my iva, I was paid in store 4 times for him, 100,50,50,100 omg hope its not gonna be problem because of that..

It should be OK. When I started my IVA, when I went out, unless it was a shopping trip for something specific, I did not take any cards out with me (in fact, for the first year or so I refused to use a card at all). That way you cannot be tempted and your friend cannot ask you to draw money either ! And .. do not carry more cash than you know you will need.

Omg hope it will be fine, I don't really want finish my contract with iva because of that stupid situation 😭 anyway, if my IP will ask me for that I'll try my best to explain that i wasn't play any games

Get your friend to pay it back straight into your account then there is no problem.
