Will my IVA take my holiday refund?

I booked and paid for a holiday in 2019. I entered into an iva in March 2020..my holiday did not go ahead due to covid.. I rebooked the hoilday for sept2021 but have now cancelled that and due a refund. Will my iva take the refund. Iva is with jarviss

In theory they could look on it as a windfall and draw it into the IVA. You will need to speak to Jarvis to see what stance they will take.

I was in the same position as you , but my refund would of gone into the iva as it was paid on one of my credits cards so it depends how you paid ,
I decided to just move the holiday to next year most holiday firms are allowing this free of charge because of the pandemic ,realistically I can’t afford to save for a nice holiday now being in a iva , so if you can afford to take the time off and so forth I would take the holiday :)
