I am married and my wife has always owned the house before we married. Will she be impacted by an IVA?

Assuming that the deeds are in her name only and you have no joint accounts / finances, she should not be impacted.

Some insolvency firms will stick their necks out and claim that you have an equitable interest in the house ( which, if you divorced, your solicitors would put before the judge and it would possibly be awarded as such). But it is not in the IPs power to decide such things and they are reaching (more than) a bit

If you have any joint loans the responsibility to pay them will fall, in full, to your wife. If you have any joint finances you will appear on her credit files as being financially associated, which could leave a stain !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
