m husband and i have been successfull paing our IVA since May 2008.
We are now separating. This will mean living separatel - we have taken this seriously and have discussed the financial implications but have worked out that we will still be able to afford the IVA payments despite living apart. (although my husband will need to rent his own place - he will be able to work longer hours to accomodate this change)
Will we fail our IVA by living seperately - even if we can guarantee that we can keep up the payments without decreasing the monthly amount (not even by 1p)?

Hi
No, there is no reason why you can't continue with your IVAs, just let your IP know about the change and complete fresh income and expenses forms for each of you
Good luck
