Windfall payment while in an IVA

What happens to a windfall payment if I am in an IVA?

Depends on how much it is. Under £500 will be yours (depending on your paperwork) anything over that, all will be paid across.

As Kallis says -- assuming you have the usual clauses: Under £499.99 and it is all yours -- Over £500 and it is all paid in to the IVA.
