Does a bereavement payment and a monthly amount for 18 months count as a winfall

Exactly what is it for? It may have to be paid across but hopefully another expert can help.

Bereavement benefit should not be classed as windfall however in my opinion may be classed as extra income for its duration

Sorry for your loss. You really need to speak with your IP regarding this. I would imagine, in part at least, some should be allowed to offset funeral expenses and the like, but this will be at the discretion of your IP.
