Hello, I wonder if you can help/advise me my husband and i both have individual iva's which are due to finish in july, the trouble is we are about 10 months behind. and wonder what are options are, if we have any? Many thanks
You are 10 months in arrears with the IVA? I always was led to believe 3 months of arrears classes as a breach in the IVA and start again from square one unless you come to an agreement in a variation meeting with the creditors.
It is strange to see cases with such high arrears - your IP will need to deal with this prior to July perhaps by seeking an extension to the term of your IVA to accomodate payment of the arrears.
