Hi guys,

I am currently considering an IVA as have debts totalling around £27,000 and my father has asked if I will be his Power of Attorney, would this affect an IVA?

Many thanks for your help,

Lindsey

No -- a POA does not confer ownership, merely, stewardship, over the person's finances and life decisions.
I held POA for my late dad during and after my IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I was POA for both my parents during my IVA.
