I have been in an IVA for a year and a half.
I declared all of my credit card debts and loans bar one Sainsburys creditcard. I only owed 500 on this and thought I could payit off easily but I am now struggling. Would I be able to contactmy IVA company and add it to my Iva Debt?

This should have been included from the outset.

You need to speak to your IP and tell them about it.

As Jan says, your IP will need a good explanation as to why this debt was left out of the IVA in the first place.

This in a rather harsh way proves a point in that ALL debt should be declared to your IP and I am sure Debbie now understands that concealing a debt doesnt do you any favours.

Debbie, how much do you owe on the card now? If you have been using it for day to day expenses then your IVA income and expenditure needs looked at.
It is hard to give up all lines of credit when entering an IVA,especially when you think keeping just one card for emergencies is the right thing to do,but you cannot do it,simple as that.

Talk to your IP ASAP and be open and honest about why you kept the card.
