Hi Neil and welcome to the forum, if you maintained your mortgage payments and any secured loan payments you would not lose your house if you entered into an IVA. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

You will probably have to try to realease a share of any equity you have though towards the end of the term.
