in the yearly review do they ask for the same things like pay slips etc as in the 6 monthly review mine up for end of this month

It will be pretty much the same although you may need to provide a copy of your P60. It will also be necessary to do a new I&E to determine any changes in payments for the next year. Very little to be concerned about.

i know that my child tax has been reduced by 25 a week so ova 100 a month from april. the p60 they may require is that for both me and my husband? as the iva is only in my name and he has done a few extra shifts and bank hols etc bit concerned that his pay is gonna a bit more some months than other even tho the iva is in my name and i was told that he can do extra shifts it only me that cant do extra shifts unless i can account what the monie is being used for??

Explain anything like that to the IP and there is nothing to be concerned about. Only your P60 is required but you can show your husband's which goes to show how you made up the shortfall after the tax credit reduction.

Effectively, it seems your husband is now supporting your IVA but provided you are happy and comfortable with the payments there is nothing to be worried about.

thanks you have been extremely helpful everything else seems ok so think we will be ok at the moment anyway mortgage up for renewal in october bit concerened with that but not worrying as yet thanks again
