if you are going to apply for an iva,how long does your name will appear on the iva register...or does your name will appear immediately after you apply for an iva or it will take months

Hi j2x
Your name appears on the IVA Register for the duration of the IVA and then quickly is removed as soon as your IP files his notice of ceasing to act with the Registrar of Individual Voluntary Arrangements.

Hi j2x,
Your name will appear on the IVA register until a certificate of completion has been issued. However this is not to be confused with the fact that an IVA will remain on your credit file for a duration of 6 years from its commencement.
