Just wanted to say I hope you and your mother had a great holiday and to say a big thanks for your help in getting my IVA approved. It is a great feeling. I really don't mind the phone ringing any more. One of the debt collection agencies phoned me on Thurs afternoon after Sarah had phoned me. They seemed a little put out that it had been accepted but were phoning on behalf of Barclaycard who didn't vote. They asked me to tell them which court and the case number (which I now have) and that once I have provided that they would halt any further action against me. I must confess to feeling a little satisfaction by informing the person I was speaking to that they couldn't take any further action against me anyway. I will contact them again to inform them of the details to prevent any further phonecalls.

Once again a massive thanks. I went onto IVA.com to leave feedback and noticed somebody disbelieving your culminative feedback as it was much higher than "some of the bigger companies with much more clients". That speaks volumes for the level of service you provide. Not only that but, having done all the groundwork, you were able to take time off yet still, to my knowledge, at least 3 IVAs were approved whilst you were away from the office. What a great team!!

Thanks for those kind words Dave. Believe me they mean an awful lot, not just to me but to the team that support me and work tremendously hard behind the scenes.

I have not seen the "offending" post on IVA.com - but will search this evening. We are grateful to all of our clients who take the time to post honest feedback on that site. I do not run a volume processing factory, and will continue to offer my clients the same level of service we have always tried to deliver.
