Ok...got my minutes back, the 1st thing i have noticed is that it only says barclays was there, why would it not mention lloyds??? it say the meeting was unanimously in vote. Ima paying 25p in the £1. I have to look into tax credits and pay them 75% of what we get from tax credits(which is going to be £116). to be honest dont really understand the letter.

Iam at work all day today so will ring them on monday i think.

Lloyds are not mentioned on the Chairman's Report because they did nto vote. The report is merely a report of voting at the meeting, and the modifications that were proposed and accepted.
