If one is not satified, can one change their IP?

How does work? and What is the procedure?

How are the creditors informed?

How is the court where IVA is registered originally informed?

What are the draw backs?

This is very rarely done as the process in notoriously expensive and time consuming. Usually the best answer would be to try and resolve any difficulties you are having with your original IP.

This can only be done by express resolution of your creditors or a Court Order. You cannot make an application just because you are unhappy with the service, there must be good reasons for the application, such as the IP moving firms.

Hi unchain,

It is extremely difficult to change IPs I would try to speak to the IP and sort any problems out.

Hi unchain,

As other experts have mentioned, changing I.P firms whilst in your IVA is possible but very difficult. What are your reasons for wanting to change I.P's?
