Can anyone tell me if i have the right to demand to speak to my IP, i'm in an IVA through Debt Free Direct and the call centre operators wont let me speak to an IP....help!

You should absolutely be entitled to speak with your IP or as an alternative the supervisor of your agreement.
Let us know some more of the background to this so we can advise further.

Hi ali2201,
You have the right to speak to your IP. I would keep trying I think theres some issues you should only speak to an IP and not with a call center operator!

You must be assertive but if this fails then I suggest a letter recorded delivery.
This can be the down side of large volume providers of IVAs............

Hi Andy,
Just got off the phone with my IP they desided it would be a good idea to talk to me after all! As on my other thread its all looking good now and I hope be be out of this mess soon. Thanks for all the support!
