Hi all,

Thank you for all of your answers yesterday regarding HFO Collection Agency, I am very lucky to be in the position where my father is willing to lend me the money to pay off all of my creditors without the need to go into an IVA, I have spoken to HFO and they have said that they will reduce a £140 debt down to £112, do you think that if I pay them the £112 they will write off the remainder of the debt, my father is reluctant to pay this creditor because of they way they spoke to me on the phone, they wouldnt take no for an answer and my Father took the phone off me and said that if they didnt put the phone down he would report them for harrasment, he then hung up on them only for them to ring straight back asking for the name of the person who had put the phone down on them, the cheek of some people

Hi
Wow,they sound a nice bunch !!
I would get the offer of a reduced amount in writing, however for the sake of £28 I would jusy pay them off and get rid of them.
