If someone is already in an IVA and changes job owing their previous employer money, can the employer pursue the individual for the outstanding amount?
Yes - If the debt or over payment arose after the date of the IVA.
No - If the debt arose before the IVA although the employer should have been included in the IVA as a creditor.
