Can student loans be taken in to account with an IVA?

This company has a high hurdle rate when it comes to acceptance - someone told me the other day that they reject everything where the dividend is lower than 80p in the £! But if the debt is lower than 25% of your overall debt, they could be potentially outvoted and bound by the decisions of other creditors who are voting to support the arrangement.

Please also be aware that student loan debts cannot be left behind under bankruptcy proceedings either.
