Hi Angie and Welcome!
Yes CCJ's must be included in your IVA proposal, when your IVA is accepted this will overwrite the CCJ and the monthly CCJ payment will go towards your Disposable Income.

All unsecured debt including CCJs can be included in an IVA.

Yes angie as the others have said all unsecured debt has to be included in an IVA.
