for an iva if a person has contracted out serps private pension(value £5500) although it says it cant be cashed in can or will it get used as part of offer to creditors in iva proposal
Personal pensions are completely outside of both IVA and bankruptcy proceedings, so your fund is quite safe. You may be required to put your payments on hold, though, for the period of the IVA.
