HI every one.Just recieved two default notices threats to day that will be served on the 9th and 12th September if payment our not made both to GE Money . My paper work that our IP required should be recieved to day, so still early days ,so what if anything can I do regarding the threats ?

You could consider making token payments but this won't necessarily stop these creditors applying default notices. In the big scheme of things if you are proposing an IVA then default notices on your credit file are not the end of the world anyway. Try and get your documents to your IP as quickly as possible so that your proposal can be put to your creditors.
