All the paper work that our IP required was sent yesterday should recieve to day so early days yet,So has any one any idea how to deal with this situation? should I send these letters to my IP ?

Hi
Yes send them onto your IP and inform GE money that you are in the process of proposing an IVA,give them the details of your IP.
This is all pretty standard procedure when dealing with debt and proposing an IVA.
