Probably, if it's back tax I believe it will.

I know that I was certainly receiving something at that time, it was when you got it in with your tax, and so paid less tax. I am assuming that it is the same thing.

Perhaps it's worth ringing the tax office to check?

Hi if it helps, I claimed this and got twice the amount back. I did not go through any companies, just contacted the tax office, filled out the relevant forms and then crossed my fingers!!
My sister also claimed and got the same and several of my freinds. It has something to do with your tax codes for those years and whether or not your tax code was adjusted or not once Childrens tax Credit became Childs Tax credit. Good Luck!!

Hiya Skippy!!!
So nice to come back on here aftre such a time and still see all you good old faithfulls helping people out!!

I'm not to bad, had a huge run of bad luck but not getting down about it just taking it as another hurdle lol!!

Our Full and Final got accepted back in June which was fantastic!! but 5 days before we exchanged contracts the buyers pulled out - gutted. We had kicked our problem tenants out so now had to find cash to cover the mortgage aswell as our rented property!! The story is long winded but had new tenats lined up, let us down then another and all this time trying to sourse the funds to survive.

During this time our car failed its MOT, the dog had a huge vets bill my hours were cut at work (I work oudoors now Instructing Military style Fitness) due to the cold weather and the amount of clients dropping.

However we have had to drop our rental income to allow someone to move in this month and the good news is our mortgage has decreased due to the interest rates dropping so hoorah!! some good news at last lol!!

bet you wish you had never asked lol!!

How are you doing????

xxxx
