hi all,

i am new to forum and my creditors meeting is on friday 29th jan 2010. i am nervous and a bit pesamistic. can any one tell me reasons why the creditors would refuse?

Hello oskie and welcome to the forum.

Good luck for Friday and I'm sure everything will be ok.

We don't see many refusals on here, but sometimes creditors may feel the dividend isn't high enough, or they may want some modifications doing.

Your IP wouldn't be putting this proposal forward unless he/she was confident that it will be accepted.

Can I ask who you are with?

thanks for your replies. i am with bains and ernst (blair endersby will be acting on my behalf). i chose them as they are one of the largest insovency practitioners.
