Hello kands

The answer will depend upon your current circumstances so can you post back what they are?

Before you do, generally the answer to your question would be no, which might make you feel a bit better!

If your only income is from benefits then an IVA is not going to work for you, so I assume that your query may relate to bankruptcy? If so, rest assured it is very unlikely that an Income Payments Order would be granted for anyone whose sole income derived from state benefits.

Welcome to the Forum Kands,

An IVA would not be suitable for you if your only form of income is benefits. Have you spoken to any debt solutions companies regarding your situation?

Could you provide how much you owe? Who your creditors are? You may need to consider bankruptcy as a way forward but call around and do your homework [:)]
