Do bailiffs come and reposess things from your home when entering into an IVA?

Hi
No
A bailiff can only remove goods with a court order and this would only happen if you have ignored all other demands to pay from the court.
If you have court orders pending an IP can ask for an interim order whilst you arrange your IVA and this will stop further action from your creditors.

If you have an IVA accepted this will afford you legal protection from your creditors.
