I am afraid that you will not qualify for an IVA with debts of only £10,000. Why not look into a DMP as an alternative.

Hi jays,
Normally your personal debts must be above £15,000 and you should have 3 or more different creditors. You must also be able to offer a reasonable monthly payment to your creditors. This will vary depending on the debt. However, as a guide, you will usually need to be able to afford at least £200/mth.
Have you thought about a DMP?
Regards,
Michelle P.

You are unlikely to find anyone that is willing to help you propose an IVA for debts of less than £15,000. You may be better trying to enter into an informal agreement with your creditors or considering bankruptcy.
Best Regards
