Well done kerri, the hardest part is over now. I was in a mess a couple of months ago, started a DMP then changed to an IVA just 3 weeks ago, so I know how your feeling, but now I'm 99% back to my old self! I dont snap at the kids for silly things now and my hubby says the fangs and horns are disappearing! so it will get better, I promise. BEST OF LUCK OK x

Hi Kerrie
You can download the bankruptcy forms from the Insolvency Service's website using the follwoing link
https://www.insolvencydirect.gov.uk/isolv
You will need to fill out the forms and ring your local Court for a hearing date. There is a fee of £485 to be paid in cash at the Court on the day of your application.
Good luck

I filled the forms out online and I'm glad I did - you can save them as you go along and amend them should you need to.
Good luck Kerrie, and if you have any questions please ask x

It's ridiculous - we are up to our eyes in debt but have to pay nearly £500 to do something about it!!! I was in an IVA so I stopped paying that and saved the money over a couple of months.
