If I come into money along the line do I pay the original amount or do I just pay the remainder of the agreement amount ie £200.00 x 60 months = £12000

Hi Sylvia_b and welcome to the forum
Based on answers from IP experts on similar question I would say that you pay the original amount

From reading the forum I think if you came into money and it was enough to pay off the entire original debt then you would have to pay that over.

You will always have to pay off as much of the debt (up to the full debt plus IP fees plus possible statutory interest)as you can.
