My IVA started on the 9/10/2002 I have not heard anything from my IP about its resolution My IP is McCann Taylor based in Shipley

I assume that your IVA was to run over 5 years, and therefore the end is in sight for you. You ought to ring your IP to find out when you should stop making payments and when the case will be closed.

I would advise that you speak with your I.P and ask when your last payment will be, remember that if you have taken any payment breaks that this may have been added onto the end of your IVA.
